Server Logging
Like most web sites, our server logs all file requests. The only personal information recorded in these logs are your IP address and an identifying string from your browser. The referring URL is also recorded to monitor offsite links. This information is only used to determine how the website is being accessed, not who is accessing it. Your IP address is also used to stop multiple voting on the Poll. No other personal information is recorded.
Eternal Legend has no method of accessing your email address without your consent. Entering your address on the Contact form submits it directly to the site owner, to be used solely for the purposes of replying to your comment. No email addresses will be given or sold to any third party by Eternal Legend.
Forum
Registered users of the Forum have the option to provide personal information, including an email address. This information will be publically available to any and all users of the Forum. A more detailed privacy policy can be found when registering. The Forum may make use of temporary cookies, small files stored on your computer, to remember your login details. Any posts made to the Forum will be publically viewable to any and all readers of Eternal Legend.
Off-site requests
Eternal Legend allows access to other web sites through its Texturiser engine. The content of pages accessed through the Texturiser is neither the content nor responsibility of Eternal Legend. Pages accessed through the Texturiser are not bound by this privacy policy.
Security
All information kept by Eternal Legend is stored with appropriate security. Eternal Legend cannot be held responsible if any information is taken from us through a breach of this security.
